Terms of Use

Last updated 28 July 2026

1. Who you are dealing with

VibeFinder is run by VibeFinder SAS, a French company registered in Paris under SIREN 102 496 775, at 60 rue François 1er, 75008 Paris. Full company and hosting details are on our legal notice page.

Questions about these terms go to legal@vibefinder.com.

2. Accepting these terms

By joining the waitlist, using the app, or managing a venue with us, you agree to these terms. If you do not, please do not use the service.

3. Who can use it

You need to be at least 16 years old to create an account or join the waitlist.

4. What VibeFinder does

You describe the kind of night you are after and we suggest real places that fit. You can do it on your own, or share a link so a group decides together.

The service is free. We can change parts of it, or retire them, as the product grows.

5. How the picks work

The places are real and come from our own catalogue. What the AI does is choose which of them suit what you asked for, and write the explanation you read.

Choosing a place is a judgement call, so treat a pick as a suggestion and not a verdict. The explanation and the details around it can be off too, so check opening hours, prices and whether you need to book with the venue itself.

6. We are not connected to the venues

Nobody pays to appear in your results, and a suggestion is neither a recommendation from us nor a booking. Any reservation, payment or dispute is between you and the venue.

7. Your account

Keep your password to yourself and give us details that are actually yours. You can delete your account, and everything attached to it, at any time from your settings.

We can close an account that is being used to harm other people or the service.

8. What you write

Your searches, plan names and feedback are yours. You allow us to use them to run the service, which includes showing your plan to the people you sent the link to.

Do not post anything illegal, abusive, or that you do not have the right to share.

9. Venue owners

If you claim a venue, you confirm you are entitled to represent that business, and that what you publish about it is accurate.

You keep ownership of the text and photos you upload, and you allow us to show them in VibeFinder. We can remove or correct a listing that is wrong, misleading, or claimed by someone without the right to it.

10. What is ours

The site, its name, its design and the venue catalogue we built belong to VibeFinder SAS. You may use them to use VibeFinder, and for nothing else without asking us first.

11. Limits

We do our best to keep VibeFinder accurate and available, but we cannot promise either. We are not responsible for a place that closed, changed its prices, or turned out not to be your thing.

Nothing here removes rights that French consumer law gives you.

12. Changes to these terms

We will update this page when the product changes, and the date at the top tells you when. If you keep using VibeFinder afterwards, you are accepting the new version.

13. Which law applies

French law. If we cannot settle a dispute between us, the courts of Paris have jurisdiction. You can also use the EU online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
